All our products are digital PDF patterns delivered instantly by download link or email. Nothing is shipped physically.
Because our patterns are digital and available immediately, by completing your purchase and downloading the file you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once the download has started. This is required so we can deliver the file to you right away.
As digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy:
Purchases made through Etsy are also covered by Etsy's policies, including Etsy's rules for digital items and its Purchase Protection program; refunds for Etsy orders are processed through Etsy. Purchases in our direct store follow Payhip's terms. Either way, contact us first and we will sort it out.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country — including remedies for faulty digital content under EU and UK consumer law.
