These terms apply when you buy or download a digital pattern from Stitch Jam Studio ("we", "us"), whether through Etsy, our own store, or our newsletter.
Purchases made on Etsy are completed through Etsy checkout and are also governed by the Etsy Terms of Use and Etsy's policies; purchases in our direct store are also governed by Payhip's terms. If those platform terms conflict with ours for a given purchase, the platform terms control the transaction and these terms control the pattern license.
When you buy or download a pattern, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

All patterns, charts, images and text remain the intellectual property of Stitch Jam Studio. Buying a pattern does not transfer copyright.
Patterns are delivered as digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Please read our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for details.
Patterns are provided "as is". We take care to test every chart, but we cannot guarantee suitability for every skill level or material. If you spot an error, contact us and we will help.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a pattern is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer in your country (including the EU, UK and USA).
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and disputes may be brought in your local courts where the law provides for it.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
