We’ll discuss the style, size, colors, timing and price by email before agreeing on a custom design.

Make it your own
Once we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll create your personal counted cross-stitch PDF with a chart, symbol key and thread list.

Before the first stitch.
Can you make a cross-stitch pattern from my photo?
Yes, send us your own photo or an image you have permission to use. We’ll discuss how it could become a readable cross-stitch design, including the level of detail, colors and finished size.
What will my personalized pattern include?
Your agreed design will be supplied as a digital PDF with the counted chart, symbol key and thread list. We’ll confirm the size, fabric count and any extra requirements with you. This is a pattern to stitch yourself; fabric, thread and a finished stitched piece are not included.
Is the custom design free?
The sample pattern PDF is free to request. A custom pattern is a separate service: we’ll agree on the scope, price and timing with you before starting. Sending the form does not place an order.
Can I ask for just a free sample?
Absolutely. Tick the free sample box and tell us what you like to stitch. We’ll reply by email with a sample of our work. This does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Will you share my photos publicly?
Your images are used to respond to your request and discuss your design. We won’t publish them through this form. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or images you don’t have permission to share.
