Horror cross stitch pattern PDF - the shadow of the vampire climbing the stairs, worked as a monochrome blackwork-style silhouette in 2 DMC colors. Instant download, beginner friendly.
This is the most famous image in classic vampire cinema, redrawn as a counted chart: the hunched, long-clawed figure on the staircase, a single lit doorway in red at the top of the steps, and a small barred window watching from the left. It is stitched almost entirely in one colour, nearly the whole chart is DMC 310 Black, with a single block of deep red for the doorway. Everything is worked in flat, high-contrast blocks, so the drama comes from the shape and the empty space around it rather than from shading, which is exactly why it stitches up so quickly.
